McAfee: Vista can't ensure that users are "absolutely" secure

McAfee security researcher David wrote in the company's new security report that Microsoft Vista improves the security of Windows users, but some of these options still make users being attacked.

McAfee Avert Labs released its second Sage report on Wednesday. In his editor's note, Sommer said that the struggle between security researchers and malicious code writers is a military competition. Sommer is a product manager at McAfee Avert Labs.

The Sage Report is an advertisement for McAfee for its products, and includes reports on the latest security threats such as SPIT.

The report said that Internet Telephony (SPIT) will exceed spam. Phone marketers can "circumvent"""not to call the list", use VoIP to make thousands of toll-free calls. Hackers can use it to fake numbers that make calls, and trick VoIP users into revealing their bank accounts and other information.

Other threats mentioned in the Sage report range from spyware to spam to dangerous RFID tags
