Vista's solution for playing left and right channels in different languages ​​

  
                  In the WinXP era, when many multimedia files are playing, the two channels are usually one Mandarin and the other is English or Cantonese (such media files are more common in pirated video files). At this time, the user can play the multimedia file by adjusting the system audio properties (ie, prohibiting one of the channels from sounding), so that there is no "mixing" situation. However, in the Windows Vista system, when users encounter such problems, they find that the mono audio cannot be adjusted in the Vista audio properties (see Figure 1, 2).

Solution
After clicking the "Properties" button, the next dialog will pop up and then switch to "Level" in the dialog "Options, click the "Balance" button in the red box (Figure 3)

At this point, the system will A "Balance" property dialog box pops up again (Figure 4):
In this dialog box, the user can adjust according to the channel conditions occupied by the media file until you are satisfied
