The watermark information displayed in the lower right corner of the desktop is stored in the user32.dll.mui file - the location of the file differs depending on the Windows Vista language version, as in the Windows Vista RTM English version. It is located in the "WindowsSystem32en-US" folder, and for the Simplified Chinese version, it is located in "WindowsSystem32zh-CN" - to remove the copyright watermark in the Windows Vista desktop, we need to manually modify this file. Or overwrite it with the modified file.

It's important to emphasize that no matter which method you use, remember to first make a backup of the user32.dll.mui file to ensure that you can revert to the initial state in the event of an unforeseen problem.

Modify user32.dll.mui to remove the watermark information in the Vista desktop

The following is an example of the English version of Windows Vista RTM. The operation object is "WindowsSystem32en-USuser32." Dll.mui"
