Clever use of office tips Word to flash

  
Due to the work relationship, some office users may often need to convert some Word files into web files, but the converted web files will change the layout format of the original Word files, and have to be manually modified, which is very troublesome. So how to solve this problem? How to easily convert a Word file into a Flash file, and then embed it in a web page, and it will not affect the original layout format.
If you want to publish your Word file to the Internet and share it with others, it is usually saved directly to the web page format, but this will change the original layout format. In fact, we can use “FlashPaper” (Download: Click to download) Save the Word file as Flash, and it will not affect the original layout format at all.
Download and install FlashPaper, it will add a menu of "FlashPaper" in the Word program, open the file to be converted, and then click on the menu "FlashPaper— Convert to Macromedia Flash (.swf)” to select save The directory and file name of the Flash file can then be converted, as shown in Figure 1.

After the conversion is completed, a Flash file will be generated in the specified directory. If you open it, you can see the effect. Well, the format of the document has not changed at all, and you can click on the upper right corner. The print button to open the contents directly, as shown in Figure 2.

































In the webpage, then go online, so that everyone can see the Word file that is “original”.
