Using Word 2003 to make it easy for you to read the document

Everyone has different tasks for applying Word, so the requirements for Word are different. Although Word's menus and toolbars can satisfy most of our needs, there are still many features that cannot be implemented in the simplest way. Fortunately, Word can implement some functions through a custom method. It can be said that using Word's "custom" in Word can make our Word application environment the best for you. Today, Xiaobian introduces you two tips for word, so that you can easily read Word documents.
A lot of friends feel it, and the documents on the computer are not printed to see that they are comfortable. Dragging the scroll bar with the mouse, and staring at the screen again, the time is long, the backache is sore, the eyes are not comfortable, is it necessary to print it down to read it? Actually, in the principle of saving office costs, Let's take a look at these two tips together so that you can easily read Word documents.
First, the automatic scrolling reading document Imagine, when reading the document, if Word can automatically achieve the scrolling function according to each of us reading speed, then do not need to drag the mouse frequently. The method of implementation is very simple. Word comes with the automatic scrolling function of the screen. Just put it in the toolbar and you can do this by clicking it when needed.
The method is: right-click on the toolbar and select the "Customize" command. At this point, the "Customize" dialog box will pop up, switch to the "Command" tab, in the "Category" category. Select “All Commands", then find & drag'AutoScroll" from the "command" on the right side to the toolbar (Figure 1).

After using this function, you can scroll down (or up) the screen by simply moving the mouse to the bottom (or top) of the screen.
Hint: The speed of screen scrolling depends on the extent of mouse movement. Users can release the mouse after adjusting to the appropriate scrolling speed. Clicking the mouse anywhere can cancel the scrolling of the screen.
Second, the basic idea of voice reading is easier to achieve: use VBA code to call the "text to voice" function that comes with Excel.
In the Word, type "ld+F11" to open the Visual Basic Editor and create a macro called ReadRec with the following code:
Sub ReadRec()
Excel.Application.speech.speak Selection
End Sub
The next step is to establish the association between Word and Excel. To do this, click on the “Tools” menu in the VBE Editor window, select the “References” command, and select the “Microsoft Excel 11.0 Object Library” checkbox in the pop-up “References-Normal” dialog box. (Figure 2), after the setting is completed, click the "OK" button to close the Visual Basic Editor and return to the Word window.
