. Installing an original operating system is very simple for computer technicians, but for those who have not installed it, it is still very complicated. Here I made an article. Tutorial, I hope to be useful to everyone.
The technician of a computer company said that the operating system is like a wife, or it is easy to use it. However, for novices, the computer system does not dare to move. In fact, it is not difficult to install the operating system, nor is it mysterious. Just follow the steps below and be able to make your own system.
However, the Windows XP CD on the market is too much and too complicated, and the software will not give you a free lunch, always do something in the operating system. A friend who knows a little about computer knowledge will see that it’s tricky, so I’m not going to elaborate.
In short, the original system made by yourself and the brain will be the real "virgin", looking at ease, using security. As for how to make the original operating system by yourself, please refer to the attached article.
Okay, get down to business, now I will talk about how to install the operating system with a CD.
First, set the CD-ROM boot
The so-called CD-ROM boot, meaning that the computer first reads the CD-ROM drive when booting, if the CD-ROM has a light-start function CD can be read before the hard disk boot.
Setting method:
1. Start the computer and hold down the DEL key (some press F2 or F10, please refer to the computer motherboard for details) until the BIOS setting window (usually a blue background, Yellow English word).
2. Select and enter the second item, & nbsp; BIOS SETUP & quoquo; (BIOS settings). Find the item or group containing the BOOT text, and find the “FIRST” “SECEND”“THIRD” three items in order, respectively, respectively, “The first item starts”, “The second item starts” & rdquo; , & rdquo; third start & rdquo;. Here we set them in order, "CD drive" & rdquo; "floppy drive" & rdquo; & ldquo; hard drive & rdquo; (If you don't see these three E-texts on this page, usually the option menu on the right side of BOOT is “SETUP”; press Enter to see it.) You should select “FIRST” to hit the Enter key. Select the CD-ROM from the submenu that comes out (meaning first booting the system from the CD-ROM drive). Press the Enter key again.
3. After selecting the startup mode, press F10 to save, the E text dialog box appears, press the “Y” button (can be omitted), and press Enter, the computer will automatically restart, and the changed settings will take effect. This step is very important!
Second, install the XP system from the CD
Put the XP installation CD before rebooting, press the Enter key when you see the CD on the bottom of the screen. In order to achieve the light, otherwise the computer starts to read the hard disk, that is, skip the light to start from the hard disk.
The XP system is followed by a blue background installation interface. At this time, the system automatically analyzes the computer information without any operation until the monitor screen turns black, and then the Chinese interface with a blue background appears.
At this time, the first thing that appears is the XP system protocol. Press F8 (representing the agreement), then you can see the list of information on all partitions of the hard disk, and there are instructions for Chinese. Select the C drive, press D to delete the partition (before remember to back up the useful files of the C drive), the position of the C drive becomes “unpartitioned”, and then in the original C drive position (ie “unpartitioned”). Position) Press C to create the partition. The partition size can be adjusted as needed (as for the system disk capacity space is suitable, it is recommended to control below 10G). After that, the original C drive position becomes “New Unused” and press Enter to continue.
Special note: If the computer has some bad viruses such as "Panda", other hard disks are also infected with viruses. Reinstalling the system does not solve the problem completely. Therefore, all the hard disks should be partitioned in this step. Delete, then re-partition, format, so that you can completely remove the virus residue.
The next step is to format the partition options page. For newcomers, it is recommended to select "Formatted partitions with FAT32". Press the Enter key to continue. For specific partition format, you can refer to the relevant hard disk partition information. However, I have been using the FAT32 format system disk, which is compatible with other system operations, such as using dwarf DOS for system backup, etc., entering DOS commands for operation, and so on.
The system began to format the C drive, which is very fast. After formatting, it is to analyze the hard disk and the previous WINDOWS operating system, the speed is also very fast, and then the file is copied, which takes about a few minutes (depending on the configuration of the machine).
After copying the file is completed (100%), the system will automatically restart. At this time, when you see the CD-ROM again....., you don't need to press any button to let the system boot from the hard disk because the installation file A part of it has been copied to the hard disk (Note: the CD cannot be removed at this time).
Color XP installation interface with blue background, installation progress bar and remaining time display on the left side, the starting value is 39 minutes, which is also determined according to the configuration of the machine. The usually installed machine installation time is about 15 to 20 minutes. .
At this point, until the end of the installation, before the computer automatically restarts, in addition to entering the serial number and computer information (optional), and knocking 2 or 3 times, no other operations are required. The system will complete the installation automatically.
Third, the driver installation
1, after the restart, remove the CD, let the computer boot from the hard disk, enter the XP settings window.
2, press “Next",“Skip”, select “do not register”,“complete”.
3, enter the XP system desktop.
4. Right click on the desktop, select “properties", select “display” tab, click “customize desktop”, check “my computer”, select “OK” Exit.
5, back to the desktop, right click "My Computer", select "Attributes", select the "Hardware" tab, select "Device Manager", which is all the hardware of the computer Management window, all the options with yellow question mark + exclamation mark in front of it represent hardware without driver installed, double click to open its properties, select “reinstall driver ”, put the corresponding drive CD, select “automatic installation&rdquo (If you are familiar with computer operation, you can also directly specify the driver to be installed from the CD), the system will automatically recognize the driver and install it. (AUDIO is the sound card, VGA is the graphics card, SM is the motherboard, you need to install the motherboard driver first, if there is no SM item, it means no installation). Restart your computer after installing all the drivers. The driver installation is now complete.
Fourth, activate, crack, protect and optimize the system
The original system is no optimization and streamlined system, with strong completeness and stability. Users can completely optimize and streamline according to their own needs, such as reducing the startup items to improve the computer boot speed, and deleting some less commonly used software.
If you feel that the original system is installed and feel troublesome, you can go to the next GHOSTXP system.
