1. Password and Password

Just like the ISP Internet account we applied for has ID and PASSWORD, we also need to set the BIOS password, Windows user password and LAN access password. Generally, we set the password to a combination of 6 digits or more consisting of numbers and letters. In order to enhance the timeliness of the password, we strongly recommend that you modify it regularly, preferably once a month (do not be here) To be lazy, to prevent unauthorized access to data and materials (including many editing, modification, and deletion actions). Regular setup and modification is beneficial.

2. Chinese platform and input method

Chinese reading and writing characteristics determine the two major directions of Chinese input: input according to the rules of pinyin and input according to the rule of stroke type, because the author is not Professional input personnel do not like and can not remember the roots of each word, so it is not recommended to use the five-stroke type that is long in stroke input and “types like flying” (you can install five-stroke fonts for friends who like the five-stroke type) . 3. Desktop Settings

The resolution of the display can be set higher, for example, 1024×768 instead of 800×600 and 600×480, so the image and lines will be displayed even more. Sophisticated and more detailed. At the same time, the program in "Desktop-->Properties-->Appearance" suggests to choose the Windows standard (extra large). In this way, the fonts in the computer can be larger, which is convenient for the eyes to watch, reducing the objective of damage to vision. factor.

The most fundamental role of screen protection is to use a dynamic background to reduce the lifetime and quality degradation of the screen caused by long-term direct exposure of the electron beam. Below the desktop of the computer, we can find a small taskbar. It is also very useful for us to operate the computer, of course, it has a lot of properties to set. 4. Program installation and data storage

Here, I strongly recommend that you divide the hard disk into at least three parts: system disk c, program disk d and data disk e, at 15G. The partitioning scheme in the hard disk, I recommend C: 5G, D: 6G, E: 3G.

There is a small trick to minimize data loss, which is to set the interval between the automatic save time of Office software to be shorter (such as 3 minutes), and for those that do not have automatic save function. The software is manually saved in a timely manner.

For the installation of the program and the storage of the data, we recommend to follow the "directory --> folder --> file", which will find, manage, delete the program and file. Unloading work brings great convenience, otherwise it will be confusing.
