Play desktop transparent icon under Windows XP

The rookie always has a lot of confusion and doubts in the process of playing computer. This is not just setting the desktop as his favorite wallpaper, I found that the icons on the desktop have changed: each icon is stubbornly wearing the original coat. First start Windows XP, (is this nonsense?) On the desktop "My Computer", right click and select Properties;
