How to use Windows XP to achieve network unified shutdown

After the unit is out of work, there are often many employees who do not turn off the computer. After the discovery, the leader asked to solve this problem. I think it would be time consuming to go to the offices to check it out, so I want to shut down all the machines through one computer. Because all office machines are installed with Windows XP, I thought of using the remote shutdown "Shutdown" command. The specific method is as follows:

Step 1

Click “Start→Run”, enter “Gpedit.msc” in the dialog box, click [OK] to open the “Group Policy Editor” .

Step 2

On the left side of the Group Policy Editor window, open "Computer Configuration → Windows Settings → Security Settings → Local Policies → User Rights Assignment". In the right window, select "From The remote system is forced to shut down." In the pop-up dialog box, only members of the “Administrators” group are authorized to remotely shut down; click the [Add User or Group] button at the bottom of the dialog box, and then enter “Heyongsheng” (admin account) in the pop-up dialog box. ), and then click [OK].

Step 3

At this time, a "Heyongsheng" user is added to the "Forced shutdown from remote system" attribute, click [OK], and finally close the "Group Policy Editor". "window.

After performing the above operations on the computers of each office, we granted the remote shutdown permission to the "Heyongsheng" user of each computer. When I get off work, I just need to do the following on my machine:

Step 1 Click “Start → Run”, enter “Shutdown -I” in the dialog box, and “Remote Shutdown” will be displayed on the screen. Dialog (Figure 1).
