Solve the problem that the Windows XP keypad light is not bright

Of course, the faster you want to use the computer, just like many people use the numeric keypad when entering the password on the Windows XP login interface, but many times there will be a small keyboard light. If you don't shine, you have to press it every time. Is it very troublesome? But now there is a way to solve it. You need to take a look at the children's shoes you need. Let's tell you a comprehensive solution.

Method 1. After entering the desktop, do nothing, press the Num Lock light, then turn off the system, and then try again. If the system has a password, do not enter it when logging in to enter the username and password. Press the Num Lock light first, then click to turn off the system, then restart. (This method is strongly recommended to try first).

Method two. Open the registry editor, find HKEY_USERS.DEFAULTControlPanelKeyboard, change the key value of InitialKeyboardIndicators below it to “2”, exit the registry editor, restart the computer, you will find the number The lights on the keypad are no longer extinguished.

Method 3. You only need to perform a minor operation on the config.sys file to achieve this goal. The setting method is as follows:

1. Click the “Run” command in the “Start” menu, then type “sysedit” in the "open” box, press the Enter key. Open the “System Configuration Editor” window.

2. Click the “Config.sys” title bar to switch it to the current editing window, then type the “NumLock=ON” line command in the editing area.

3. Save the changes and close the "System Configuration Editor" window.

Method four, first set the NumLock item to Enable in the BIOS, and then set the PnPWithOS item to Enable in the BIOS. However, when the user is logged off, the NumLock keypad lock is closed and should be opened manually.

I didn't expect the small keyboard to appear in such a way, but fortunately it is not difficult, just a few steps to make the computer achieve optimal results.
