Method One: Remove Remote Desktop cache profile

1, store the remote desktop recording information file, default.rdp, this document “ My document inside & rdquo;, delete it.

Open our computer, folder options menu. As shown below:

2, display all hidden files (including system hidden files), and apply to all folders, as shown below:

3, as shown below, find the default.rdp file delete can. (Generally in the folder of my document)

Method 2: Registry Cleanup

1. Start--- Run--- Enter the regedit command to open the registry, as shown below :

2, find the inside of the registry,: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \\ Software \\ Microsoft \\ Terminal ServerClientDefault where the right side is the record you have connected. Delete the files you need to erase.

3. After clearing, open the mstsc remote desktop connection icon again and you will find that the previous connection traces have been cleared.
