How to solve WinXP does not display my recent documentation problem

WinXP system operation, the document list of the start menu will record the user's recently opened document, so that users can open the latest document again, but sometimes will encounter WinXP does not record I have recently used the documentation, how can I solve this?

method: manually modify the registry

1, open the registry, enter the path

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \\ Software \\ Microsoft \\ Windows \\ CurrentVersion \\ Policies \\ Explorer < Br>

Find two NoRecentDocsHistory and ClearRecentDocsOnExit

means that the most recently used document history is not recorded and the system is used to clear recently used documents

2. From the previous step we can Seeing that the NoRecentDocsHistory DWORD value is 1, it means not to record the most recently used document as yes, so we have to modify this value to 0, and the value of ClearRecentDocsOnExit is 0, no need to modify, if not change to 0
