The WinXP system is different from other systems. Even if the wireless network is connected successfully, the wireless connection icon is not displayed in the lower right corner of the desktop. If the user wants to display their icon in the lower right corner of the desktop, they can only set it manually.

The solution is as follows:

1. Right-click on the WinXP system desktop and click on the "Network Neighborhood" icon and select the "Properties" menu command. Right-click on the "Wireless Network Connections" icon in the "Network Connections" window that opens, and select the "Properties" command as shown.
