6. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to open the task manager, then switch to the “process” page and find “wuauserv.exe” and “svchost.exe”. these two processes, namely right-click, and then end; as shown below:

the last step, then turn my computer into the following directory: & ldquo; c: \\ windows \\ system32 \\ svchost \\ & rdquo ; After opening the svchost folder, delete all the files inside.
