4. Enter the following command:

Reg add HKLM\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\BackupRestore\\FilesNotToBackup

Restart after reboot to check if the service is restored.

5. In command line mode, enter the following command:

regsvr32 oleaut32.dll

regsvr32 jscript.dll

regsvr32 vbscript.dll

regsvr32 msxml.dll

regsvr32 softpub.dll

regsvr32 wintrust.dll

regsvr32 initpki.dll

regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll

Restart after completion to check if the service is restored.

6. If not, please delete the following directory:

C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\Microsoft\\Network\\downloader

Restart and check if the service is restored.

7. Enter the following command:

sfc /scannow Then restart and check if the service is restored.
