Get DLL error when booting XP

Example: When booting appears, “Access denied, error when loading C:/WIND/SYSTEM32.UKWIEG96.DLL”, if you don’t find out what dll is, try the following three methods:

Solution 3:
Generally, it should be uninstalled that some programs are not completely caused, and there is information in the registry. So when it starts, it is still loading. You use Super Rabbit Magic Settings or Windows Optimizer to scan the registry. It will automatically pick out invalid items and delete them.
