What should I do if I encounter a QQ blue screen?

The nProtect keyboard input encryption control used by QQ is not compatible with the latest Windows Vista.
Therefore, users of Windows Vista system may have problems such as blue screen of the computer when using QQ.
Temporary solution to blue screen problem:
1, please find the QQ installation directory, the method is as follows:
Find the QQ icon on the desktop, right click on the icon, in the menu that appears, click “ Properties & rdquo;
In the pop-up window, click “ open the file location & rdquo;, then go to the QQ installation directory
2, delete npkcrypt.sys /npkcrypt.vxd /in the QQ installation directory Npkcusb.sys three files. (Note, please close QQ before deleting files)
