We can easily solve the problem by one method below. It will turn off in 1 second, but it will take half a minute to slow down, and it will not lose data (unless your WORD is not saved, it will be lost, how it will be lost), and the data will not be damaged.
A: Open the task manager (open method: mouse click “ taskbar & rdquo; (that is the bottom of the screen) - right click - select "start task manager" /or directly press the keyboard combination , ie Ctrl+Alt+Del)
2: As shown in the figure below, click Shut down and move the mouse to the off position (note: don't press it immediately, otherwise it is the same as normal shutdown) At this point, hold down the Ctrl key, then Press Shutdown, the screen will turn black off quickly, not accidentally shut down, as long as your documents are saved, you will not lose data and damage data.
