Solution for enabling Guest to access the network in XP

Windows XP system has Guest enabled and network access is not available. The fault is solved as follows:
Why is Guest still enabled?
1. By default, Windows XP disables Guest account
2. By default, Windows XP's local security policy prohibits Guest users from accessing the network.
3. By default, in Windows XP's Local Security Policy - User Rights Assignment, “empty password users can only log in to the console” It is enabled, that is to say, any account with a blank password cannot be accessed from the network and can only be logged in locally. Guest defaults to a blank password. Therefore, if you need to use Guest to access Windows XP, you need to perform the above three settings: Enable Guest Modify the security policy to allow the guest to access the network, disable the security policy in 3, or add a password to the guest.
When accessing Windows XP, the user name in the login dialog box is gray, always a Guest user, and cannot enter another user account.
The reason is that this security policy is at work (management tools - local security policy - security options - & ldquo; network access: local account sharing and security mode & rdquo;).
By default, Windows XP access mode is "only guest", then you access it, of course, it is fixed as Guest can not enter other user accounts.
