The problem lies in the input method, the default input method of Windows XP is English, the keyboard mode is American keyboard, this option has been used in Win98, and the Chinese keyboard mode is also provided, which is used in Win98. There is no problem with the American keyboard, so I deleted the Chinese keyboard when I set it up, and only kept the English keyboard. It is because of this problem that the problem of garbled characters in copying occurs.
