Windows XP remote control solves big troubles

Recently, the author helped a friend configure a computer with good performance. Looking at the ecstatic friend, the sense of accomplishment in the author's heart came to life. However, it didn't last long. After a few days, my friend called and said, "The computer has a problem, let me hurry." But when I saw it in the past, it turned out that the Windows taskbar, which was originally at the bottom of the screen, got to the left of the screen. Looking at my friend's confused face, I really can't smile. Who is a friend is the company's famous "brain blindness". In this way, the author will work hard for friends and other computer problems in the days to come. Finally one day, I found that using Windows XP Remote Desktop can solve this problem. So I didn't say anything, I picked up my sleeves and started it. WinDOS XP is really not covered. So I quickly got the problem (maybe someone asked why PCanywhere is not necessary because Windows XP is simple enough). Now I will announce my implementation steps as follows: 1. Set your friend's computer (server) Right click on the "My Computer" icon, select Properties, and click the "Remote" tab in the pop-up window. As shown in Figure 1. Click "Allow users to connect to this computer remotely" and click the "Select Remote User" button to set the account used to access this computer. As shown in Figure 2, if you feel trouble, you can also not set it. Because by default, remote connection access is also possible with the system administrator's account. But for system security, it's best to set it up. The server is set up here. 2. Use of the access side First click "Start" → "Programs" → "Accessories" → "Communication" → "Remote Desktop Connection", as shown in Figure 3. Click on the "Options" button to set up more detailed information. (1) Setting of the "General" option In the "Computer" dialog box, enter the IP address or computer name. Type the account name and password you just set in the User Name and Password dialog boxes. Then you can save the connection settings. As shown in Figure 4 (2) Settings of the "Display" option You can decide which color to use based on your network speed. If you are using broadband, then you don't have to change anything. As shown in Figure 5 (3) "Local Resources" and "Program" options settings Here is mainly to establish some fine-tuned settings after the connection, you can choose according to your needs. (4) "Advanced" option settings Here is mainly to choose the network connection speed to optimize performance. If your internet speed is fast enough, you can choose the best setting. The remote control settings are completed here. Through the test, I basically met the author's requirements. Hey, finally, you don't have to worry about the "problems" for your friends. Windows XP remote control helped me solve the "big" trouble.
