Easily lock Windows XP taskbar with Group Policy

In the process of using Windows XP, we often accidentally pull the taskbar at the bottom to the top or hide it. It takes a lot of trouble to pull it back to its original position. Is there a simple way to keep the taskbar fixed? Yes, let's lock it with Group Policy. Here's how: Click "Start" → "Run" with the left mouse button, type "gpedit.msc" (excluding the quotation marks on both sides) and click "OK". Windows XP will open the "Group Policy" window. In the "Local Computer" Policy → "User Configuration" → "Administrative Templates" on the left, click to select "Taskbar and Start Menu", then find the "Lock Taskbar" item on the right side and double-click. Windows XP will pop up the "Lock Taskbar Properties" window. By default, it is "not configured", that is, it is not enabled. Click the second item "Enabled" (as shown in the figure), and finally click the "OK" button to be OK. Finally, close these windows, and then try the "adjustment" of the taskbar. Is it already impossible to drag?
