There are many problems with web browser (IE) records, making some parts or even the entire browser not working properly.
Click on the link but nothing happens. Enter the URL in the run dialog of the Start menu, but the IE window will not pop up. These are just two of the many problems users face.

IE in IE on a multi-supported non-registered dynamic-link library (DLL) (as browseui.dll, urlmon.dll, isetup.dll). Sometimes it is because of malicious programs, such as spyware, which makes the DLL unregistered and invades some of the features of IE. And sometimes because of accidents.
Whatever the reason, the solution is to re-register DLL, either by registered REGSVR32 command manually or re-install IE. Reinstalling IE solves this problem because all related DLLs are re-registered by the installer of the application, but manual registration is usually more convenient than the entire installation.
I have talked to these issues in the article, but only with respect to the repair manual. In order to solve this problem, Microsoft made changes in the IE version of Windows XP Server 2 so that all IE DLLs can be re-registered immediately. You can type it at any command prompt:
"%ProgramFiles%\\Internet Explorer\\IExplore.exe"/rereg
Pay special attention to the quotes here because it describes executable The path name.
Note: This method does not work for other versions of Windows, it is only for Windows XP Service Pack 2.
