Check for missing vacancies: four ways to quickly locate files (2)

Favorites

Everyone knows that favorites can be used in IE, but the favorites in the Explorer may be ignored by everyone?

You can add some of the more commonly used files or folders to your favorites for quick opening. Select a file or folder, use the left mouse button to hold down and drag to the “Favorites” on the menu bar, wait 2-3 seconds to expand the collection menu, drag to the folder of the collection menu and then expand the lower level file. The menu of the folder, when dragged to these menus, will have a thick line showing the current insertion position (Figure 2), and you can add the selected file or folder to your favorites by releasing the mouse. When you use it, just click "Favorite" as you like in IE to open it.

Link toolbar

Right-click on the toolbar in Explorer and click on "Links" ", the "Links" toolbar will appear after the address bar. As long as we find commonly used programs, files or folders, use the left mouse button to hold down and drag to "link" to release. In the future, you can find shortcuts to these commonly used files or folders by clicking the ">>" button after the link. Click on the selection to open it quickly.

Favorites and links in Explorer are shared with IE's favorites, so files or folders in favorites or links can also be found in the corresponding location in IE. Therefore, it is best to create a folder from the menu "Favorite /Organize Favorites" and click the "Create Folder" button to save the collection in the Explorer, avoiding confusion with the IE URL.
