If it is a Win XP system and a Windows Server 2003 system, please use one of the following methods:

Method 2: Run-->Enter“regedit”

Expand to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion\\Winlogon]
