There is no "System Restore" in my computer properties, and In the attachment, the electric shock "System Restore" can not be opened, prompting: "System Restore" was closed by group policy, etc. I have not solved the problem and search in many places, and finally solved it in the computer software and hardware application network today!

Steps to solve: In the Start menu - Run, type "gpedit.msc" to open the group policy, and then select --- Management Module --- System --- System Restore.

Enabling "Disabled" in its properties will solve it!
