How to start Windows system?

The startup of Windows 98/Me/2000/XP is similar.

Step 1: Press the power button on the front panel of the main unit and the computer will start self-test.

Step 2: When the message "Starting Windows..." is displayed on the display: If you want to enter the Win-dows operating system normally, you can wait a moment; if you want to enter the DOS operating system, you should immediately press "F4" ", after entering the DOS operating system, the DOS prompt is displayed; if you want to enter the multi-boot menu and select the startup mode yourself, you should immediately press the "F8" button.

Step 3: When you start the system for the first time, the "Enter Windows Password" dialog box appears. In Windows 98/Me/2000, you can enter the password or not, if you do not enter it for the first time. Password, the "Enter Windows Password" dialog box will no longer appear when you start later; in Chinese Windows XP, you must enter the user name and password, and then click "OK" or type Enter to enter the Windows operating system.
