How to restore the input method floating bar of XP system

Under Win2000/XP, the most painful thing is: When you want to type, you find that the input method icon of "bottom right corner" is gone, why? The general reason is When the rookie intentionally or unintentionally plays with the input method setting, the hook in front of the "Enable indicator on the taskbar" is canceled. Of course, it is not entirely a rookie's fault. I have encountered many system default states that are not checked. One does not pay attention, just... wants to repent, the door is not!

Win98 can also solve the problem in the control panel, but this is not good for Win2000/XP, because control There is no input method in the panel at all! I also read a lot of discussions on this issue on the Internet, but I am not satisfied with it. Today, I have to show my own secrets, maybe I can solve the problem of the people. Pain: The tray icon that manages the input method switch should also be a program? Who is it? Where? Can you please pull it out? After a toss, finally understand, it is internat.exe, located in windows\\system32 Next, double click to run it, the bottom right corner appears immediately to make you Excited icon, then right click on the input method icon \\ Properties \\ hook "Enable the indicator on the taskbar", this will not only cure the problem, but also the root cause - after the boot, the once lost input icon reappears!

(Copy the intern.exe under this folder to windows\\system32, then run it, and then check the "Enable indicator on the taskbar" setting)

For Windows XP, Just click "Start" - "Run", then enter ctfmon in the Open field to enter, restart the system, you will find the input method icon reappears, and all installed input methods will be displayed, but only You can't switch between different input languages with the keyboard.

The solution is to right-click the input method icon, click the Settings, Key Settings, Change Key Sequence button, and then select Switch Input Language and Switch Keyboard Layout. Check the check box, and finally set the left hand ALT or right hand ALT according to personal habits, and click the “OK” button to exit.
